Felt Sound Movement is a somatic exploration practice rooted in the lineage of Breath Sound Movement Touch (BSMT), as taught by Brianna Lynn. In this space, we begin with a grounding meditation to connect with our bodies, then move into intuitive sound-making and movement, allowing what’s present to be expressed without words. This practice invites you to listen deeply, feel fully, and move authentically—guided by the wisdom of your own body.
