Felt Sound Movement

Felt Sound Movement

A Somatic Journey of Voice, Motion & Emotional Expression

Felt Sound Movement is an experiential class rooted in the practice of Breath, Sound, Movement, and Touch (BSMT)—a powerful modality developed by my teacher, Brianna Lynn. This offering is an adaptation of that lineage, centered around the healing power of using your own sound to express what words cannot.

We'll begin with a guided meditation to gently land in the body—connecting to sensation, breath, and presence. From this grounded state, you’ll be invited to begin creating your own sound—tones, hums, wails, whispers, pulses—whatever arises from within.

As your sound emerges, we’ll begin to move with it, allowing the voice and body to meet, to respond to each other, and to carry what’s ready to be felt, expressed, or released.

This is not about singing or performance. It’s about:

  • Letting sound carry emotions and truths that don’t have words

  • Moving with your own rhythm, pace, and internal landscape

  • Exploring voice and movement as tools for healing, release, and reclamation

  • Feeling the resonance of your own sound throughout your body and space

This is a space to be heard, without needing to explain—to let the body and voice speak the language of feeling.

No prior experience is needed—only curiosity, courage, and a willingness to feel and be felt.

Let’s move with our sound. Let’s feel what’s ready to rise.
