Monday May 18th, join me partnering with NAMI for their Mindfulness Mondays with a Mindful Journaling Group!

We’ll be doing a mood-board prompt, as well as a prompt around what we are leaving behind from this winter, and what are you bringing into this year.

Come plan, write, get a journal made for you, and spend time in community nourishing ourselves, & one another.
