Performing Art
How would you describe your movement?
My dance career started young, taking tap, jazz, ballet, modern. My movement has adapted and reformed over the years. Mental & physical health issues had kept me from diving deeper into into dance, but redirected me into more performance art. First it was my hoop, then fire, then back to my body again, finding free flow movement as a healing modality. Which also lead to the development of Felt Sound Movement. All the forms my body can take has become a healing joy for me.
Since 2020 I have gotten more serious about fire performance & have been paid for my trade since 2022. In 2024 I moved back to Baltimore where I started performing with a small local circus group my friends started called bolt cutter circus. In 2025 I started becoming the coordinating organizer for the fire performers. This has been a true honor & pleasure to be apart of the space, that is still growing.
Currently I work with:
-Hula Hoops : Smaller & Larger Hoops(Day), LED Hoops(Night), Single Wick
-Palm Torches
